Terms of Service

Effective date: June 10, 2026

Welcome to Static Spark. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Static Spark web application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Services”), operated by Static Spark, LLC. (“Static Spark”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. About Static Spark

Static Spark is a web application that helps businesses and agencies monitor marketing and analytics data— including Meta (Facebook) pixel quality metrics, Google Analytics 4 (GA4) property data, Elevar event feeds, and related alerts— in one dashboard.

The Services are available at https://app.staticspark.com and may be offered on a limited or invitation-only basis during beta periods. We may update, modify, or discontinue features of the Services from time to time.

2. Using the Service

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not harm the platform, other users, or third parties.

You may not:

  • Use the Services for illegal activities or in violation of applicable laws or regulations.
  • Attempt to access systems, accounts, or data you do not have permission to access.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the operation, security, or integrity of the Services.
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or misuse the Services except as permitted by law.
  • Use the Services to distribute spam, malware, or harmful content.
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when using the Services.

3. Accounts

To use certain features, you must create an account or sign in through an authorized method (such as email and password or Sign in with Google). Access may be limited during closed beta or by organization administrators.

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • All activity that occurs under your account.
  • Keeping your login information confidential.
  • Ensuring that information you provide is accurate and up to date.

If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at support@staticspark.com.

4. Organizations and Access

Static Spark supports multi-user organizations. Organization administrators may invite or manage users, configure channels and clients, and control access within their organization. You are responsible for how your organization uses the Services and for ensuring that users you authorize comply with these Terms.

5. Third-Party Integrations

The Services may connect with third-party platforms such as Google Analytics, Meta (Facebook), and Elevar. By connecting an integration, you authorize Static Spark to access data from those platforms as necessary to provide the Services, according to the permissions you approve.

You acknowledge that:

  • You must have the right to connect each third-party account, property, pixel, or data source.
  • Third-party platforms control their own APIs, terms, and availability; Static Spark is not responsible for outages, API changes, or data accuracy from those providers.
  • You may revoke access at any time through Static Spark settings and through the third party's account permissions.
  • Metrics, alerts, and dashboards depend on data supplied by third parties and may not be complete, real-time, or error-free.

6. Fees and Payments

Some features of Static Spark may be offered free of charge during beta periods. We may introduce paid plans or additional features in the future. If we do, we will provide applicable pricing and payment terms before you are charged.

7. Availability of the Service

We strive to keep Static Spark available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Services may experience downtime for maintenance, updates, security measures, or unforeseen issues.

8. Termination

Static Spark may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms, misuse the Services, or if we are required to do so by law. You may stop using the Services at any time.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Static Spark, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability will not exceed the greater of (a) amounts paid to us in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) USD $100.

11. Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to These Terms

Static Spark may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
